To be eligible, items or services must be unused, in their original condition, and requested within the allowed timeframe. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are only applicable if the service is cancelled before the final delivery. Once the service has been delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If a refund request is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion. However, if the request is made within 24 hours of the delivery, no refund will be processed. By purchasing our service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that all refund decisions are final.
